I am very enthusiastic in the area of dance and excercise and have been very active for the past years. I live for the sound and movements of Latin music. Come join the ZUMBA Party! A place of fun and dance for men and women of ALL ages.

  • <b>Zumba Gold&reg;</b><br /> Licensed to teach specially designed Zumba&reg; classes for the active older adult or deconditioned participant.
  • <b>Aqua Zumba&reg;</b><br /> Licensed to teach the “pool party” workout for all ages using the Zumba&reg; formula and traditional aqua techniques.
